The present farm subdivisions will allow for both large and smaller scale land usage outside of current practice such as crop trials, intensive cropping, soil and land regeneration, micro-field studies, ecological studies, etc.
Additionally, there is huge scope for GTC training to complement existing training elsewhere, and to address State and regional skills and labour shortages.
